National standard for food safety, green food, edible salt, potassium chloride, product certification, inspection and inspection
Shuren green food edible salt additive
This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given by 1.1-2009 GB/T.
This standard replaces 1040-2006 NY/T "green food edible salt", compared with 1040-2006 NY/T, the main technical change is as follows:
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, inspection rules, marks, labels, packaging, transportation and storage of edible salt for green food.
This standard is suitable for green food edible salt, including refined salt, crushed and washed salt, solar salt, low sodium salt.
The natural low sodium salt or salt as the main body to a certain amount, ratio of potassium salt.
White, no foreign debris, taste salty, no bitter taste, no odor, testing methods in accordance with the provisions of the implementation of GB/T 5009.42.

Green food edible salt product certification and inspection project
A.1 table A.1 provides for the items listed in addition to 4.3-4.6, according to the national standard of food safety and green food production of salt and potassium chloride production practice, green food declaration and inspection of the project should also be tested.
